We encourage all our customers to tell us and other prospective customers what they think of The Debug Store, our quality of service and the products we sell and support.
We are using an independent service called Feefo which will seek feedback from you once you have placed an order with us. Whether you choose to respond is entirely up to you but if you do, it will help both us and future customers make the right business choices when they use The Debug Store.
We also use the Feefo customer feedback service where all customers are invited to leave feedback about our service and goods purchased. We encourage you to leave feedback as it helps us to improve our service and provides independent information from previous purchasers about us. There is, of course no obligation to do so.
We have full confidence in the service we offer and we are unable to remove any feedback left by customers. This is a condition of us subscribing to Feefo. If we make a mistake, the important thing is that we rectify the mistake straight away. |
