JTAG Interfaces

USB to JTAG Host Adapters provide an connection from the host PC to a JTAG interface.

The JTAG Host Adapter, when used with control software is used to exercise the interface and is a very useful testing tool during development and commissioning. The JTAG Host Interface is also commonly used for programming on-board non-volatile memory resident, and connected to microcontrollers. The JTAG Host Interface is also used to control peripherals to facilitate testing during commissioning and production.
