NOR Flash Programmers

NOR Flash devices are used in memory cards. NOR flash is the preferred technology for flash devices used to store and run code, usually in small capacities.

NOR Flash devices have fast read characteristics but slow write and slow erase functions compared to the NAND Flash architecture. NOR technology is more often found in embedded designs, in lower-end set-top boxes, mobile handsets and as BIOS memory.
