The PGM-MPC5500 JTAG/BDM Flash Programmer is a solution that enables you to program on-board and on-chip FLASH devices on the FreeScale MPC5500 processor core via the JTAG/BDM port.

If you also wish to debug your Target CPU then you should choose the PD-MPC5500-GDB.
