The PGM-XSCALE JTAG/BDM Flash Programmer is a solution that enables you to program on-board and on-chip FLASH devices on the XScale processor core via the JTAG/BDM port.

If you also wish to debug your Target CPU then you should choose the PD-XSCALE-GDB.
