Shipping Charges

The Debug Store offers both free Standard shipping for non-urgent items and Express shipping for next-day delivery to mainland Europe. We have introduced these options in response to customer requests for more economical shipping options and have decided to absorb the cost of shipping via the most economical route to help our customers during the current difficult economic climate,

Standard Shipping

This is a free service for all EU customers including the United Kingdom. Delivery times will vary from 3 to 7 working days depending upon location and may take a little longer for less accessible locations. Please note that Standard Shipping do NOT include insurance. This may be requested when placing your order and is charged at cost. Standard Shipping is only available for online orders.

Express Shipping

Items in stock may be delivered the next working day to all EU destinations including the UK. Premium timed and Saturday deliveries are also available to many destinations and these may be selected when completing your order. Express shipping includes insurance which adds peace of mind in the unlikely event that the shipment gets lost in transit.

We use United Parcels Service, Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery services for Express Delivery.

Please ensure that your order is placed and payment confirmed before 14:00 for us to deliver the next working day. We may be able to process your order later than this - please call us first to check. Please also check that the item you need is in stock if you need it urgently.
