The Xeltek SuperPRO-5004GP (SP-5004GP) is capable of ultra high-speed programming of up to 4 advanced devices concurrently, such as high capacity NAND Flash devices, as it incorporates a fast 32-bit RISC CPU device.

The SuperPRO 5004GP incorporates 4 sets of 144 universal pin drivers and can work in stand-alone or PC-connected mode. This makes it ideal for the lab or production (a gang version, the SuperPRO-5004GP is also available). This enhances the value of the investment as larger devices can be programmed. Devices with a Vcc of 1.2V to 5V are supported.

An extensive range of adapters are available for the SuperPRO-5004GP and 4 x 48 pin DIP adapters are included.

The SP-5004GP supports the largest number of devices in the industry: Over 76,000 IC devices from 280 manufacturers are supported and new devices are added frequently.
