The Lineeye LE-170SA is a compact hand-held line simulator/monitor for both CAN and LIN bus.
It is fitted with a touch screen for ease of use and will operate for up to 5 hours on a full charge of the internal Ni-MH cells. The unit is compact and weighs just 300g. This makes it ideal for use in the field.
The monitor has separate CAN and LIN interfaces. It can also monitor four external digital and analog signals at the same time as monitoring CAN/LIN bus traffic. This makes it much easier to relate the data together in time. It also displays data in real-time. Data can also be stored in a plug-in USB stick.
The LE-170SA can also simulate CAN and LIN bus signals; very useful for automated testing.
