ccRF 2 Click Board
The ccRF2 Click Board™ from MikroE is a simple and compact solution to add high performance RF transceiver to your design. This add-on board features an on-board CC1120 high-performance single-chip radio transceiver that is specifically designed for low-power and low-voltage operation.
The RF transceiver is chiefly designed to support narrow ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) and SRD (Short Range Device) frequency bands. This fully integrated CC1120 radio transceiver is designed to provide extensive hardware support for a range of applications, including data buffering, burst transmissions, link quality indication, wake-on-radio, clear channel assessment, and packet handling. The board has an N.FL connector and uses a 3.3V power supply only. Furthermore, ccRF2 Click Board™ has exceptional RF sensitivity. It communicates with the target board through MikroBUS SPI (MISO, MOSI, CSK), and AN, RST, CS, PWM and INT lines.

The Texas Instruments' CC1120 is a high-performance single-chip transceiver with excellent receiver sensitivity (123 dBm at 1.2 kbps, 108 dBm at 50 kbps). This IC is specifically designed for exceptional performance at very low-power and low-voltage operation in cost-effective wireless systems. All the filters are integrated, thus removing the need for costly external SAW and IF filters.
