Bosch Sensortec GmbH Device Support
The 10DOF Click Board™ is a mikroBUS add-on board for enhancing hardware prototypes with 10DOF functionality (10 degrees of freedom). The Click Board™ carries two modules from Bosch: BNO055, a 9-axis absolute orientation sensor and BMP180, a digital pressure sensor.
The 13DOF 2 Click Board™ is an advanced 13-axis motion tracking Click board™, which utilizes two different sensor ICs onboard: BME680, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), humidity, pressure and temperature sensor and BMX160, a 9-axis sensor consisting of a 3-axis, low-g accelerometer, a low power 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis geomagnetic sensor. Both integrated sensor ICs are made by Bosch Sensortec, featuring the state-of-the-art sensor technology processes, in order to fulfill the requirements for immersive gaming and navigation applications, which require highly accurate sensor data fusion. Besides that, 13DOF 2 click is also perfectly suited for use in many other applications such as mobile phones, tablet PCs, GPS systems, Smart watches, Sport and fitness devices, and many more.
13DOF 2 click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
The 13DOF Click Board™ Board is an advanced 13-axis motion tracking Click Board™, which utilizes three different sensor ICs onboard: BME680, a digital gas, humidity, pressure and temperature sensor and BMM150, a geomagnetic sensor and a BMI088, small, versatile 6DoF sensor module. All integrated sensors ICs are made by Bosch Sensortec, featuring the state-of-the-art sensor technology processes, in order to fulfill the requirements for immersive gaming and navigation applications, which require highly accurate sensor data fusion.
Besides that, 13DOF Click Board™ is also perfectly suited for use in many other applications such as mobile phones, tablet PCs, GPS systems, Smart watches, Sport and fitness devices, and many more.
The 6DOF IMU 12 Click Board™ carries the ultra-low-power BMI270 from Bosch Sensortec, inertial measurement unit optimized for wearables providing precise acceleration, angular rate measurement and intelligent on-chip motion-triggered interrupt features. The 6-axis sensor combines a 16-bit tri-axial gyroscope and a 16-bit tri-axial accelerometer featuring Bosch’s automotive-proven gyroscope technology. The BMI270 includes several functionalities such as an integrated plug-and-play step counter/detector for wrist-worn devices. Moreover, the IMU is suitable for hearables, smart clothes, smart shoes, smart glasses and ankle bands.
The Accel 6 Click Board™ is a three-axis acceleration sensor with many features. It uses the BMA280, a 14-bit triaxial acceleration sensor with intelligent on-chip motion triggered interrupt controller, from Bosch Sensortec. This sensor has an advanced set of features, that allows easy acceleration measurement in three perpendicular axes for up to ±16g, with selectable max range steps for increased accuracy. Using low-pass filter allows filtering of the abrupt changes in acceleration readings. FIFO buffer ensures reliable and fast data delivery. Intelligent interrupt engine allows detection of motion, inactivity, shock vibration, new data arrival, and more.
The Environment Click Board™ measures temperature, relative humidity, pressure and VOC (Volatile Organic compounds gases).
The Click Board™ is based on the Bosch BME680 environmental sensor from Bosch. Environment Click Board™ is designed to run on a 3.3V power supply. It communicates with the target microcontroller over SPI or I2C interface.
You can use it to test your indoor air quality, to control HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, in a weather station, sports applications and more.
The Pressure 5 Click Board™ is a barometric pressure measurement Click Board™, which features the BMP388, an accurate absolute barometric pressure sensor. Due to its very high sensing accuracy, it is perfectly suited for precise altitude tracking applications. The BMP388 pressure sensor can use both SPI and I2C communication protocols, allowing it to be interfaced with a broad range of MCUs. The BMP388 features onboard processing capabilities such as the IIR filtering, which can be used to filter out abrupt pressure changes. Thanks to its very low power consumption, Pressure 5 Click Board™ to be used in a wide range of battery-powered and portable applications.
