EasyPIC Fusion v7
The EasyPIC Fusion v7 is MikroElektronica's latest prototyping board for the Microchip PIC24, dsPIC33 and PIC32 microcontrollers. Providing support to over 101 microcontrollers via MCU cards, the board comes with on-board MikroProg fast USB 2.0 programmer and In-Circuit debugger that allows hobbyists, beginners, as well as professionals with high-speed programming and easy debugging.
The board is rich with peripherals, which makes it a great choice for multimedia development. Equipped with modules like TFT with touch panel, stereo audio codec, USB device and host, navigation switch, and microSD card slot, the EasyPIC Fusion v7 board is all-set for all kinds of development. It has two MikroBUS host sockets that enable user to use a wide range of Click Board™s without making any hardware adjustments in order to add special functionality to the design. With on-board Ethernet support, the board comes integrated with an Ethernet connector and two signal LEDs. The EasyPIC Fusion v7 currently supports 125 Microchip devices.
Note: The board is sold without an MCU card, so the user can make a choice as per his own set of requirements. The MCU card is available separately.
- One board supporting three architectures: dsPIC33, PIC24 & PIC32
- Built-in MikroProg fast USB 2.0 programmer/debugger
- On-board multimedia peripherals
- On-board Ethernet module
- Supports MCU cards with up to 104 pins
- Two connectors for each port
- Two mikroBUS sockets
- Power supply: 7
- Low power consumption
- 4-layer PCB routing to achieve excellent signal quality
- RoHS compliant
The board features switching power supply for creating stable voltage and current levels. The power supply section of the board contains specialised MC33269DT3.3 power regulator, which creates VCC-3.3V power supply, thus making the board compatible with 3.3V microcontrollers. The power supply unit can be driven in one of the three different ways: with USB power supply (CN20), using external adapters via adapter connector (CN30) or additional screw terminals (CN31).
The EasyPIC Fusion v7 has input/output PORT groups that add a lot of potential to the board connectivity. The board groups PORT headers, PORT buttons, and PORT LEDs, along with additional PORT headers on the right side of the board. Tri-state DIP switches enable 4K7 pull-up or pull-down resistor on any desired port pin.
Support to mikroBUS Sockets
The EasyPIC Fusion v7 board is featured with two mikroBUS sockets to support Click accessory board connectivity. They allow user to add the desired functionality with minimum hardware adjustments. Just plug-in and play!.
