  • Clock Gen 3 Click Board™

    The Clock Gen 3 Click Board™ features a low power self-contained digital frequency source providing a precision frequency from 1kHz to 68MHz, set through a serial port. This Click Board™, an I2C configurable clock generator, features the LTC6904 from Analog Devices and requires no external components other than a power supply bypass capacitor, and it operates over a single wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The LTC6904 features a proprietary feedback loop that linearizes the relationship between digital control settings and frequency. 

    It has many features that make it attractive for various applications such as a microcontroller clock source, clock source for a switched capacitor filter, or general replacement for a DAC/VCO combination.

  • Clock Gen 4 Click Board™

    The Clock Gen 4 Click Board™ is a compact add-on board that contains both a clock generator and a multiplier/jitter reduced clock frequency synthesizer. This board features the CS2200-CP, an analog PLL architecture comprised of a Delta-Sigma fractional-N frequency synthesizer from Cirrus Logic. This clocking device utilizes a programmable phase lock loop and allows frequency synthesis and clock generation from a stable reference clock. It generates a low-jitter PLL clock from an external crystal, supports both I²C and SPI for full software control, and also has configurable auxiliary clock output. This Click board™ is suitable for MCU clock source, or in applications like digital effects processors, digital mixing consoles, and many more.

    Clock Gen 4 Click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.

  • One Shot Click Board™

    The One Shot Click Board™ is equipped with the monostable multivibrator (also known as a “one-shot” pulse generator) with a programmable pulse width of 1μs to 33.6 seconds. The used LTC6993-2 is part of the TimerBlox® family of versatile silicon timing devices, from Analog Devices. In addition to this, One Shot Click also offers configurability for either positive or negative output pulse, fast recovery time, 70μA supply current, CMOS output driver 20mA sources/sinks and many more useful features, which makes this Click board™ an ideal choice for applications such as watchdog timers, frequency discriminators, missing pulse detection, envelope detection and more.

This board features the AB0815, an ultra-low-power coupled with a highly sophisticated feature set the real-time clock from Abracon LLC. The AB0815 includes on-chip oscillator to provide low power consumption, full RTC functions such as battery backup, programmable counters, and alarms for timer and watchdog functions.   • RTC 2 Click Board™

    Introduce real time clock (RTC) functionality to the design using the RTC 2 Click Board™. This add-on board features a low-power Maxim DS1307 serial real-time clock (RTC). It is a full binary-coded decimal (BCD) clock/calendar with programmable square-wave output signal. The board uses standard I2C interface for communication with the target host microcontroller. RTC2 Click Board™ has a 3V/230mA lithium battery that works as a backup power supply. The timekeeping function continues even when the power supply status is OFF. Real-Time Clock (RTC) counts seconds, minutes, hours, date of the month, month, day of the week, and year with leap-year clock function with four year calendar. It is designed to operate a 5V power supply only. In order to function to a 3.3V system, the user can check go for RTC Click Board™.

  • RTC 4 Click Board™

    MikroElektronika is here with a new RTC Click Board™! RTC 4 Click Board™ is a time measurement add-on board that incorporates DS2417 IC. The DS2417 is a real-time clock/calendar (RTC) with fully compatible 1-Wire MicroLAN interface. It also features a programmable interrupt output for system wakeup on a separate pin. It utilizes an on-chip oscillator that is connected to an external 32.768 kHz crystal. Being a 1-Wire device, it features a unique, factory-lasered 64-bit long ROM code that allows the user to use it in a MicroLAN network.

    It uses a backup energy source that maintains a charge with an on-board coin cell 1F supercapacitor. The real time clock has an accuracy of +/- 2 minutes per month at 25°C. RTC4 Click Board™ communicates with the target board MCU either through MikroBUS AN or PWM pin (here, GPI01, GPIO0), plus the INT pin, depending on the position of the on-board jumper.

    The RTC Click Board™ is an accessory board designed to add time measuring functionality to the device. This Click Board™ has a PCF8583 serial real-time clock/calendar. The PCF8583 IC is a full binary-coded decimal (BCD) clock and calendar chip with 24- or 12-hour clock format with four-year calendar, based on a 2048-bit static CMOS RAM. For communication with the target board microcontroller, RTC Click Board™ uses the I2C interface. The board comes with an integrated 3V/230mA lithium battery that serves as a backup power supply. Even when the main power supply goes OFF, this backup power supply enables the device to function continuously. It is designed to use a 3.3V power supply, but can be used with 5V systems by soldering the PWR SEL SMD jumper to the 5V position.
