    The Dual EE Click Board™ contains two AT24CM02 EEPROM ICs onboard which gives total of 4MB of memory. Each memory IC can be addressed through the I2C interface with the transfer speed of 400KHz. The used EEPROM module has very good endurance and it can withstand 1,000,000 write cycles, with the data retaining period of about 40 years. The EEPROM module on this Click Board™ can work with power supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V, it features the self-timed write cycles, doesn't require erase before writing, has a dedicated write protect pin for hardware protection of stored data, and has a dedicated hold pin used for holding the data transfer.

  • EEPROM 6 Click Board™

    The EEPROM 6 Click Board™ is a compact add-on board that contains a serial EEPROM memory that operates from the 1-Wire interface. This board features the DS28EC20, a 20480-bit EEPROM organized as 80 memory pages of 256 bits each from Maxim Integrated. As a specific feature, blocks of eight memory pages can be write-protected or put in “EPROM-Emulation” Mode, where bits can only be changed from a 1 to a 0 state. It communicates with MCU at 15.4kbps or 90kbps over the 1-Wire protocol and has a 64-bit registration number that ensures error-free device selection. This Click board™ is suitable for applications like device authentication, data for self-configuration of central office switches, wireless base stations, or other modular-based rack systems.

  • EEPROM Click Board™

    The EEPROM Click Board™ from MikroE is an add-on storage board that includes a 24C08WP serial EEPROM with 8 Kbits of memory. Driven by CMOS technology, this Click Board™ enables the user to add more 8 Kbit EEPROM memory to the device. An ideal choice for low power and low voltage applications, 24C08WP module is compatible with the I2C memory standard and uses a bi-directional data bus and serial clock. It is available in a DIP packaging. The DIP socket makes EEPROM easily replaceable. EEPROM Click Board™ works well with both the 100 kHz I2C standard-mode and the 400 kHz I2C fast-mode.   • EERAM 2 Click Board™

    The EERAM 2 Click Board™ is a standalone serial SRAM memory that includes shadow non-volatile backup. EERAM uses a small external capacitor to provide the energy needed to move the contents of the SRAM to the non-volatile cells when system power is lost. Unlike NVSRAM, no external battery is needed. EERAM offers unlimited SRAM read and write cycles and more than 100,000 backups to the non-volatile cells. 

    Since power loss events are typically random or unpredictable, EERAM works in applications that absolutely cannot lose the quickly changing SRAM data on any sudden power loss. It provides designers of a data logging/black box or monitoring systems with a safe and accurate way to safely, reliably and automatically store the last data bytes prior to the power loss event. The Vcc is monitored inside the IC and can automatically handle the data movement between the SRAM and the non-volatile memory on any power disruption.
