TouchKey 3 Click Board

There are many kinds of touch sensors on the market, but every one of them has some unique features that make it stand out from the crowd. The TouchKey 3 Click Board™ is equipped with seven advanced capacitive sensors, based on the proprietary QTouch™ technology. Besides quite a large number of QTouch™ capacitive sensor channels, TouchKey 3 Click Board™ also offers some additional features, such as the Adjacent Key Suppression (AKS™), a technology that ensures correct button press, even when the touch sensing pads are placed close to each other.



TouchKey Click Board

The TouchKey Click Board™ features four capacitive pads powered by the TTP224 touchpad detector IC. TTP224 chip comes with multiple operating modes that allow the user to configure how the buttons will work. The capacitive pads can be toggled even when placed under a layer of glass or paper. TouchKey Click outputs four interrupt signals: OUTA, OUTB, OUTC and OUTD in place of default MikroBUS RST, AN, PWM and INT pins, respectively. It features three on-board jumpers enable the user to configure several operating modes of the TTP224 IC, including fast mode or low power mode, direct or toggle mode, enable/disable multi-key input, and so on. TouchKey Click is designed to work on either 3.3V or 5V power supply.

It works as an ideal replacement for mechanical switches and buttons, and being capacitive, it can register inputs through paper or glass.



TouchPad Click Board

Introduce an input device to the prototype using the Touchpad Click Board™ from MikroE. With a small form factor, this Click Board™ acts as a minimalistic capacitive touch input device powered by Microchip.



TouchPanel Connector Board

The TouchPanel Connector Board is a prototyping tool that is used for connecting GLCD touch panel. The board is provided with a plastic touchscreen-cable clamp bar in order to easily secure a touchscreen ribbon cable. It provides a connector for easy interfacing to a 4-wire touchscreen flat ribbon cable for prototyping work. The touch screen ribbon cable clamp bar can be broken or damaged when removing the touch screen cable from the main board. This board also can be used as a great replacement if the touchscreen FFC clamp bar on the development system was roken or damaged.

It is designed for easy prototyping and suitable for use with solderless breadboards.

Note: The connection pads of the board are unpopulated in order to let the user decide on how to connect the board to the development system. It has male header pins for typical breadboard use.

tRF Click Board

The tRF Click Board™ is an RF communication board featuring the Telit LE70-868 wireless transceiver module. Along with the LE70-868 short range module, the board incorporates an SMA connector for an antenna, two radio communication LEDs, and a MikroBUS connector. Telit LE70-868 is an 868 MHz transceiver module with an embedded stack that is easy to integrate and use in point-to-point or star network topologies.

tRF Click Board™ enables radio data rates from 4.8 to 57.6 kbps with maximum output power of 500mW, and features a wireless range of up to 10km in line-of-sight. However, this is the case for ideal conditions with no barriers to disrupt the signal. The user can still achieve a range of over 4km in open space under mixed conditions.

The tRF Click Board™ also includes two radio LEDS: transmit (red) and receive (yellow). It uses MikroBUS UART (Rx, Tx), AN, RST, PWM and INT lines for communication with the target board MCU. tRF Click Board™ is intended to use a 3.3V power supply only.

This converter PCB has been designed to make the task of using surface mount devices easier. Just solder the TSSOP-packaged device together with two header strips (not included) onto the board. The assembled board can then be plugged into a dual-inline ic socket, a breadboard or soldered onto a pcb.
