Click Board Analyzer

The Click Board™ Analyzer is a smart and powerful tool for analyzing pin states and voltage levels on the mikroBUS. It is a versatile and powerful smart analyzing tool, which consists of two 8-bit PIC microcontrollers (MCUs), from Microchip. By utilizing some of the capabilities of the PIC18F26K42 MCU, such as the DMA, CLC, SMT, and NCO to name few, it is possible to achieve measurement and monitoring of the voltage states on all the pins of the stackable mikroBUS slot. The stackable slot allows installation of any Click Board™ on a top of the Click Analyzer, allowing easy and simple data traffic analysis. Click Analyzer offers several data transfer protocols, suitable both for various M2M applications, as well as for the human-machine interface (HMI) applications.

Clock Gen 2 Click Board

The Clock Gen 2 Click Board™ is an accurate square wave generator that can generate a clock signal in the range from 260kHz to 66.6MHz. It generates a square wave in the frequency of 66.6MHz, which is then processed by the prescaler, which can be set in the range from 20 up to 28. This allows the full frequency range to be achieved on the output. The DS1087L, a 3.3V spread-spectrum Econ Oscillator, used on the Clock Gen 2 Click Board™, offers the spread-spectrum function, which can be controlled via the IC pin and register setting. This allows reduced EMI, especially on the high frequencies. Finally, the DS1087L offers a NV memory (EEPROM), which is used for storing the values of the configuration registers.

CO Click Board

CO Click Board™ carries the MQ-7 gas sensor with high sensitivity to carbon monoxide. The Click Board™ is designed to run on a 5V power supply only. It communicates with the target microcontroller over the AN pin on the mikroBUS line.

The CO2 Click Board™ is a very accurate, carbon-monoxide-gas-sensor Click Board™, equipped with the SPEC amperometric, 3SP CO 1000 gas sensor which electrochemically reacts with the carbon monoxide (CO). It is supported by the LMP91000, a high-precision integrated analog front-end IC (AFE), perfectly suited for use in electrochemical, sensing applications. The Click Board™ also provides the reference voltage required by the sensor and it offers a choice between the analog output from the AFE IC buffered with the low noise op-amp, and the digital output from the 12-bit SAR A/D converter.

Color 2 Click Board

The colour 2 Click Board™ is a compact add-on board that allow the user to introduce colour sensing functionality to the design. It features an ISL29125 RGB colour light sensor that aids user to detect red, green and blue in a variety of lighting conditions. It outputs data from 5.7m lux-10,000 lux, providing an accurate spectral response by converting colours into 12 or 16-bit data. The user can select the range (narrower vs. wider bandwidth) and output resolution (12 vs. 16 bit). Featuring an integrated ADC, the colour 2 Click Board™ rejects 50Hz and 60Hz flicker from artificial light sources. Along with that, ISL29125 chip has an IR blocking filter, which means it can reliably operate under dark glass covers. colour 2 Click Board™ communicates with the target microcontroller through the MikroBUS I2C interface (SCL and SDA pins). A programmable interrupt pin provides additional functionality. It works using a 3.3V power supply only.
