7x10 R click is a display add-on board that serves as an essential dual-character display capable of showing letters in more readable typefaces compared to a 14-segment display that supersedes the 7x5 standard resolution meant for displaying ASCII characters. The 7x10 R click is capable of carrying a matrix of 70 red LEDs driven by a pairs of 8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift registers, a Darlington Transistor array and a Johnson counter. Apart from providing the user a dual- character display, the 7x10 R click also maintains the scope of providing four character display in case of doubling up on a board with two adjacent mikroBUS sockets, such as [clicker 2][3] or [Flip & click][2]. It is designed to use either a 3.3V or 5V power supply.

This accessory board features an ultra-low power ADXL345 3-axis digital accelerometer capable of high resolution measurement up to ??16 g. The high resolution (13-bit) allows measurement of inclination changes less than 1.0??. The module is packed with special sensing functions, which includes activity/inactivity sensing, tap sensing, free-fall sensing. Accel click is integrated with a 32-level first in, first out (FIFO) buffer, which can be used to store data to minimize host processor intervention. The board communicates using I2C or SPI interface with the target board microcontroller, which can be selected using the J1, J2 and J3 SMD jumpers. The new Accel SPI Board is a three-axis acceleration measurement tool that comes with an ADXL345 three-axis accelerometer circuit. This 3-axis acceleration tool is designed to measure static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. It comes with a selectable measurement range of ??2g, ??4g, ??8g, or ??16g. It is connected to the microcontroller on the development board through pad pins.

The Accel SPI Board operates on low power consumption and is thus, well-suited for mobile device applications. The Accel SPI Board with high resolution (4 mg/LSB) allows measurement of even less than 1.0?? of change in inclination. The digital output data is formatted as 16-bit Twos Complement and is accessible via industry-standard serial SPI communication interface.
