The E-Ink technology is a reasonably new technology with a promising future, widely commercialised by the E-INK company. The content displayed on the E-INK (also known as E-Paper) display does not degrade when exposed to direct sunlight, the display actually behaves like a real paper; it is more readable when there is more light hitting its surface.

This E-Paper display has a 2.90" screen (296x128 dots).



Earthquake Click Board

The Earthquake Click Board™ is based on the D7S, the world's smallest high-precision seismic sensor from Omron. The Click Board™ is designed to run on either 3.3V or 5V power supply. It communicates with the target MCU over I2C interface, with additional functionality provided by the following pins on the MikroBUSline: PWM, INT, CS.

When an earthquake occurs with a seismic intensity equivalent to 5 Upper or higher on the JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency) Seismic Intensity Scale, the D7S will acTiva'te the shutoff output to notify the user that an earthquake has occurred.



Easy24-33 v6 Development Board

The Easy24-33 v6 Development System is a full-featured, general-purpose development board intended for programming and experimenting with PIC24 and dsPIC33 devices from Microchip. This development system features an on-board USB 2.0 programmer with MikroICD support that acts as an interface between the microcontroller and a PC.

The on-board LvPICFlash programmer can be used for external programming. It comes equipped with a wide range of peripheral modules, such as Touch Sense, Serial RAM, Serial EEPROM, Piezzo Buzzer and many more, which enable user to easily simulate the operation of the target device. The Easy24-33 v6 Development System comes with a PIC24F16KA102 microcontroller included in a 28-pin DIP socket. EasyBluetooth Board

The EasyBluetooth Board is an add-on board that is designed to integrate wireless capability to the device. Featuring on-board fully qualified RN41 Bluetooth 2.1/2.0/1.2/1.1 module, this accessory board operates on low power and high data rates. The RN41 module provides support for multiple internet protocols and enables simple integration. For communication with the host microcontroller, the board uses UART interface. The EasyBluetooth board features six specialised connection pads on the side of the board. EasyBuzz Board

The EasyBuzz Board is an accessory board featuring a piezo buzzer capable of emitting audio signals. It is required to generate a voltage signal of specified frequency in order to operate the piezo buzzer normally. The on-board piezo speaker is capable of playing sound frequencies in the range between 20 Hz and 20 kHz. However, the resonant frequency of piezo speaker is 3.8 kHz and the best sound quality is achieved using frequencies between 2 kHz and 4 kHz. A DIP switch further aids in configuring board connections. The buzzer driver can be provided with a digital signal or a pulse-width modulated signal, where sound pitch is regulated by the PWM frequency, and sound volume can be adjusted by changing the PWM duty cycle. It has a female IDC10 connector. The EasyBuzz Board supports both 3.3V and 5V systems.

EasyConnect Board

The EasyConnect Board is an accessory board that provides an easy access to the MCU pins via screw terminals. This additional board features on-board screw-terminated connectors that can handle solid and stranded wires. These connectors enable eight wires to be easily connected or removed. Featuring modular configuration, it permits several wires to be connected or removed with one operation. The EasyConnect Board has a female IDC10 connector that provides easy way to connect the peripheral devices to the development system.
