The Debug Store - The Electronic Engineers' Tool Store

Mikroelektronika d.o.o.

Mikroelektronika d.o.o.

MicroElektronika (mikroE) is a dynamic forward thinking embedded systems development tools company with its headquarters in Belgrade.

MikroElekronika (MikroE) has chosen the Debug Store in the UK as their dedicated distributor of development tools.

The company is unique by producing complete development tool suites; ranging from compilers, debuggers, development platforms and training materials for a wide range of microcontroller families including ARM Cortex, AVR, PIC, PIC32, dsPIC and FT90x architectures. Support is also directly available for a huge range of peripheral devices including displays, video cameras, temperature probes and multi-axis gyroscopes and accelerometers by the provision of low-cost Click Modules. Their objective is to make the transition for the developer to a new architecture as simple and efficient as possible. It achieves this by providing software library support and working examples for all supported interfaces and development systems.

MikroElektronika (mikroE) have been chosen as the development tool company of choice by many major semiconductor manufacturers as they appreciate the use of mikroE tools will speed up development of new projects. They are recognised third-party development partners of companies such as Atmel, Cypress, Microchip, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments and official consultants to others including NXP.

PT100 3-wire Temperature Probe

The PT100 3-wire temperature probe is a type of RTD platinum probe used to measure temperatures up to 250?C. This type of probe can be used with RTD click.
RTD sensors are basically thermosensitive resistors ?? materials that change the resistance depending on their temperature. In this case, the resistor is a small strip of platinum with a resistance of 100?? at 0?C - that is why it is called PT100.

Pulse Click Board

Designed to meet the needs of modern developers, the Pulse Click Board features the NE555 timer/pulse generator by Texas Instruments. This pulse generator comes with adjustable frequency configured in two steps. The circular central switch integrated in the middle of the board is used to first choose between four frequency bands with the aid of a frequency selector. Once the appropriate position is selected, the required output frequency is fine-tuned using the on-board potentiometer in a range between 0.05 Hz and 1000 Hz. The high-precision NE555 timer is designed to produce highly accurate time delays or oscillation. The resulting output can be configured to be sent either as a digital signal through the OUT pin or an interrupt (INT pin). The PULSE click is designed to operate using either a 3.3V or 5V power supply only. With precise frequency control, it produces pulse generation for equipment testing and similar purposes.

With such features, this click board makes an ideal option for applications like fingerprint biometrics, iris biometrics, RFID reader, and so on.

PWM Click Board

Powered by PCA9685PW chip, the PWM click from MikroE works as a master puppeteer but in a digital sense. This.

PWM driver Click Board

If you need to control DC motors with loads up to 10A, PWM Driver Click Board is the perfect solution, thanks to the Silicon Lab Si8711CC one-channel isolator.

R2R DAC Board

The R2R DAC Board is a DAC module based 8-bit Digital to Analog Converter that provides a perfect way for converting a digital voltage signal into analog. This performance driven additional board supports high quality 8-bit resolution. Making use of the R/2R resistor network, the board facilitates conversion of an 8-bit value from the microcontroller port into an equivalent analog voltage.

While the R2R DAC Board requires 2N resistors for successful execution of the N-bit conversion process, it actually makes use of only two resistor values. The resistor values are in the ratio of 1:2. The R2R DAC additional board has been provided with a 2x5 connector CN1 through which it gets connected to a development system. The connection gets completed via one of the 2x5 connectors provided on the development system itself. The analog voltage signal gets delivered via a screw terminal CN2.

The R/2R ladder DAC comes equipped with MCP6284 operational amplifier. This amplifier is used as a buffer in order to drive loads with current consumption of up to 20mA. Additionally, it also supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS.

Radio Station Click Board

The RadioStation Click Board is a unique click board that can be used to broadcast the music via the FM radio band. It features the Si4713-B30 from Silicon Labs, the best in class integrated FM broadcast stereo transmitter, which operates in the frequency range of 76MHz to 108MHz. It can also broadcast RDS/RDBS data. The click board can be equipped with a small FM antenna, which is used to extend the broadcasting range.
