They are recognised third-party development partners of companies such as Atmel, Cypress, Microchip, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments and official consultants to others including NXP.
Proximity 2 Click Board
Proximity 2 click is an accessory board featured with a tiny footprint MAX44000 IC. The chip features an integrated ambient light sensor as well as proximity sensor. It comprises of a group of photodiodes that work by converting light into current. The internal circuitry then converts the resulting current into a digital value. Proximity 2 click has an onboard ambient light sensor with a dynamic range of 0.03 to 65.535 lux. The IR proximity detector, with a sensing range of approximately 12cm, is matched with an integrated IR LED driver. Proximity 2 click communicates to the target board microcontroller via mikroBUS I2C (SCL, SDA), and INT lines. All readings are available on an I2C communication bus. It also has a programmable interrupt pin. Proximity 2 click supports a 3.3V power supply only.
Due to its small size, it is an ideal choice for industrial sensors, presence detection, tablet PC applications, and smartphones.
Proximity Click Board
The Proximity Click Board is a compact accessory board that allows user to introduce proximity sensor functionality to the device. It features a surface mount, fully integrated proximity and ambient light sensor, VCNL4010. The term
PS/2 Click Board
Introduce keyboard and mouse connectivity to the device with this cost-effective solution called PS/2 click.
This add-on board includes a standard 6-pin Mini-DIN PS/2 connector, a mikroBUS pinout, and a power indicator LED. PS/2 click features a PS/2 port for connecting a keyboard or mouse to the target device. Although, superseded by USB, it is still used as an alternative to the USB connector. It is well-suited for connecting vintage keyboards and mice or certain high-end keyboards for gamers due to its full N-key rollover functionality. PS/2 click communicates with your target board through mikroBUS RST (data) and CS (clock) pins. It is designed to use a 5V power supply only.
PS/2 Connector Board
Add PS/2 connectivity to the prototype, development board or final device using the PS/2 Connector Board. This board has a standard shielded PS/2 connector and on-board 4 connection pins compatible with standard breadboards with 100mil pin spacing. The PS/2 Connector Board is offered with clear markings on front and back to streamline connection. This compact-sized interface board features unpopulated pin pads, which allows user to connect to the development system. The user can solder on the provided make header pins. As per the PS/2 standard specification, the board is designed to operating using a 5V power supply only.
PSoC TFT Expansion Board
PSoC TFT Expansion Board is a breakout board that comes equipped with a resistive 4-wire touch panel for transforming the TFT into a 262k colour touch screen. This expansion board is compatible with CY8CKIT-050 PSoC 5LP development Kit. It features a 01microSD slot and contains a 2.8
Pulse Click Board
Designed to meet the needs of modern developers, PULSE click features the NE555 timer/pulse generator by Texas Instruments. This pulse generator comes with adjustable frequency configured in two steps. The circular central switch integrated in the middle of the board is used to first choose between four frequency bands with the aid of a frequency selector. Once the appropriate position is selected, the required output frequency is fine-tuned using the onboard potentiometer in a range between 0.05 Hz and 1000 Hz. The high-precision NE555 timer is designed to produce highly accurate time delays or oscillation. The resulting output can be configured to be sent either as a digital signal through the OUT pin or an interrupt (INT pin). The PULSE click is designed to operate using either a 3.3V or 5V power supply only. With precise frequency control, it produces pulse generation for equipment testing and similar purposes.
With such features, this click board makes an ideal option for applications like fingerprint biometrics, iris biometrics, RFID reader, and so on.
PWM Click Board
Powered by PCA9685PW chip, the PWM click from mikroE works as a master puppeteer but in a digital sense. This
R2R DAC Board
The R2R DAC Board is a DAC module based 8-bit Digital to Analog Converter that provides a perfect way for converting a digital voltage signal into analog. This performance driven additional board supports high quality 8-bit resolution. Making use of the R/2R resistor network, the board facilitates conversion of an 8-bit value from the microcontroller port into an equivalent analog voltage.
While the R2R DAC Board requires 2N resistors for successful execution of the N-bit conversion process, it actually makes use of only two resistor values. The resistor values are in the ratio of 1:2. The R2R DAC additional board has been provided with a 2x5 connector CN1 through which it gets connected to a development system. The connection gets completed via one of the 2x5 connectors provided on the development system itself. The analog voltage signal gets delivered via a screw terminal CN2.
The R/2R ladder DAC comes equipped with MCP6284 operational amplifier. This amplifier is used as a buffer in order to drive loads with current consumption of up to 20mA. Additionally, it also supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS
